EasyID® Electronic Signature adds signature capture to our Electronic Patient Forms by creating a digital image of any form requiring a signature. The patient writes on the original paper copy which is placed on an electronic signature pad, while the registration clerk verifies the information in real time.
After signing, the patient will take the original paper copy for their records while the digital version is stored securely in the EasyID database. The stored image can be viewed on-screen using EasyWEB or exported to an imaging system using EasyARCHIVE.
Electronic signature capture further increases the option for healthcare facilities to store patient records digitally, saving time and decreasing file storage space requirements. Like all EasyID® software modules, our Electronic Signature comes with a full service training and is backed by 24/7/365 support.
